End User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User" or "you") and Berwoods LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), the provider of AB Dock ("Application" or "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AB Dock, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

AB Dock is a web-based application that helps businesses manage and track their Amazon Business deliveries. The Service integrates with Amazon Business APIs to provide delivery tracking, receiving workflow management, and related functionality.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AB Dock for your internal business purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including:

• Amazon Business delivery information accessed through authorized APIs;
• User account information and company details;
• Usage data to improve the Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Amazon Business Integration

AB Dock integrates with Amazon Business APIs. Your use of Amazon Business data through our Service is subject to:

• Amazon's Terms of Service and API Terms;
• Your existing Amazon Business account agreements;
• Applicable Amazon Business policies.

7. Intellectual Property

AB Dock and all related materials are owned by Berwoods LLC. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BERWOODS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
